This is machine embroidery file, you must have an embroidery machine that uses these formats to use this design ( it is not a finished product ) each letter fits in a 5"x7" hoop or bigger, formats include PES, PES_V4, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, XXX, VIP3, PCS and comes with simple basic instructions.
